A Lifetime Devoted To Service Should Be Celebrated.
HONORING DEDICATED SERVICE.
“It doesn’t matter what rank you are only that you were a good fireman…” Ken Crosswhite
“All I ever wanted to do was give something back to the community…”
“We grew up together, we became men together…”
“WHY DO ANYTHING SPECIAL FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES?”
I mean, they’re merely doing their job, “It’s what they’re paid for, right?” The simple answer is, it’s not just any job. Our public employees represent our front line. In the worst of times they respond to our call when most are either unable or unwilling.
It’s their sacrifice that ensures our country remains strong in the face of so many challenges. On a local level these men and women are the examples for our young people and comfort for the aging. Honoring them is evidence of the worth we see in them and the value we see in their service.
Our aim is to promote great public, private and community service by first recognizing the many men and women whose contributions have already had an impact on our lives. We would like to feature persons who have rendered at least 25 years of dedicated public service.
Help us celebrate these men and women as there is no doubt it is the incentive needed to inspire the next generation toward useful service.
“Nothing changes a company’s culture like employee recognition and appreciation.” MR. GOODWORD
It was once famously stated “Ask Not”, and while the meaning still holds true today as then, that shouldn’t mean “Receive Not”.
Appreciation is such a thing that an honest price cannot be put on it. Professional service, provided with a spirit to genuinely help is priceless. Recognizing groups or individuals who give in this way sets the standard by which we all must one day be measured.
